Skill-up Class

This service is open to anyone looking to improve their skills, whether you work in the coffee industry, aspire to do so, or simply enjoy coffee as a hobby.

Tasting Course

The flavor of coffee changes due to various factors such as climate, aging, and water conditions. To serve delicious coffee, we brew and adjust the flavor of every single bean variety every morning.<br> In this tasting course, you can experience our quality control firsthand by joining our morning adjustments. We will discuss flavor adjustment methods, verbalizing tasting notes, distinguishing between positive and negative flavors, and practical quality control techniques in a group setting with our staff.

Anyone is welcome to join—whether you are a professional barista, a pure coffee lover, or someone who wants to compare multiple types of coffee at once.
