The farm shot to global fame after Anthony Douglas, representing Australia, used its beans at the 2022 World Barista Championship (WBC). Alongside the renowned El Paraíso farm, it stands as a leader driving the "cutting-edge fermentation technology" of modern Colombian coffee.

Led by the young second-generation owner, Néstor Lasso, the farm produces high-quality, unique coffees through the exploration of innovative fermentation processes.

This lot maximizes the potential of the rare Sidra variety through a meticulous "Fermented Natural" process. It offers a complex flavor profile, ranging from hibiscus-like floral aromas to notes reminiscent of various fruits such as peach, lychee, and raspberry.
